Hi! I’m Rachael, a multilingual (French and English speaking) Learning & Development Specialist based in Toulouse, France.

I help companies, higher education institutions, and continuing education institutions create a continuous learning and growth culture that enables people to constantly evolve and develop to their full potential.

What I Believe & Do

The nuts and bolts of learning and development involve much more than attending courses and retention rates.
It’s about understanding the needs of companies and learners within the current economy, locally and internationally.

It’s about :

• Identifying current and future skill needs to implement learning initiatives that support organizational and workforce Development.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences, from teaching strategies and course design to real-world application.
• Leveraging diverse learning methods—including audits, learner assessments, instructional design theories, serious game design, blended learning, digital tools, and social and action-based learning—to build innovative and flexible training programs.

Throughout these processes, my goal is to translate the organization’s strategy into a learning and operational strategy plan to ensure that minimum skill requirements within companies and schools are met and improved while ensuring employees and students get the best out of their Development.
